Performance-Based Counseling: Leaders, Sports, Executives & Entrepreneurs

BMG's performance-based counseling services provide specialized therapy and coaching tailored for athletes, executives, leaders of faith or civic groups, creatives, and business owners. We integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychological tools to dismantle mental roadblocks, performance anxiety, and competition insecurity.

Our Focus: Beyond teaching a mechanical skill, we help individuals manage the internal distress or unconscious patterns that hinder their natural potential and capabilities. This is achieved through our BMGroup Strength Quest Lab.

Session Outcomes aim to:
(a) Identify the internal distress or unconscious patterns that hinder natural potential and capabilities
(b) Recognize the mental roadblocks, performance anxiety, or competition insecurity specific to the individual's role or arena
(c) Build practical, evidence-informed strategies to dismantle these barriers and sustain high performance

Getting Focus- ADHD Intensive Sessions

An estimated 1 in 4 adults suspect they have undiagnosed ADHD. According to the CDC, more than half of adults with ADHD were not diagnosed until adulthood, spending decades struggling with focus, emotional regulation, and missed potential. Millions of children and adults carry intense feelings of inadequacy, blaming themselves for unfinished projects, cluttered minds, and missed deadlines — unaware that their brains are simply wired differently. This constant internal friction leaves people feeling paralyzed, exhausted, and disconnected from their true potential.

Our Focus: To bridge this gap and help individuals reclaim their momentum, the Getting Focus Intensive Sessions are designed to help participants gain control of their lives, master their attention, and align their daily actions with their deepest goals to truly thrive.

Session Outcomes aim to:
(a) Understand how ADHD affects focus, emotional regulation, and follow-through
(b) Identify personal patterns of inadequacy, avoidance, or self-blame rooted in undiagnosed or unmanaged ADHD
(c) Build practical strategies to strengthen attention, structure daily action, and reconnect with one's true potential

General Mental Health Consultation for Buffering  Anxiety, Burnout & Stress

Your Potential Is Our Focus

We work with individuals across all developmental stages — students, working professionals, caregivers, and front-line workers — who are navigating abrupt changes in routine, increased workload and responsibility, and the compounding effects of stress on mental clarity and motivation. Whether the disruption stems from a school, a demanding job, or ongoing life pressures, the effects are similar: reduced focus, emotional fatigue, and diminished sense of capability.

Our Focus: When anxiety, burnout, and stress persist unaddressed, the consequences extend beyond the individual — often showing up as avoidance, absenteeism, extended leave, withdrawal from school, or resignation in the workplace, along with a decline in overall health. To help address these challenges, Behavioral Management Group, LLC developed the Buffering Burnout Program, designed to support individuals at various stages of personal and professional development — Toddlers, Youth, Tweens, Teens, Young Adults, Adults, Seniors, and those in life transitions.

Session Outcomes aim to:
(a) Identify early warning signs of anxiety, burnout, and chronic stress
(b) Recognize the personal and environmental factors that contribute to burnout
(c) Build practical, evidence-informed interventions to reduce the severity and recurrence of burnout
